CARE4DIABETES Final Conference – Save the Date!

We are pleased to invite you to attend online the CARE4DIABETES Final Conference, taking place on 19 January 2026, from 08:30 to 17:00 CET.
This final event will showcase the results of the CARE4DIABETES Joint Action, an EU-funded initiative aimed at reducing the burden of type 2 diabetes through an evidence-based, multidisciplinary lifestyle treatment programme implemented across 12 EU Member States.
What to expect:
- Key findings and impact of CARE4DIABETES implementation
- Lessons learned from intensive and aftercare phases across Europe
- Insights on evaluation, sustainability, and scalability at national and EU level
- Exchange with policymakers, healthcare professionals, researchers, and stakeholders
The conference will bring together representatives from Ministries of Health, EU institutions, international organisations, healthcare providers, and project partners to discuss how lifestyle interventions can transform diabetes care.
