The return-day session of month 3 was held in Extremadura (Spain)

The 3 month-return day of the face-to-face CARE4DIABETES programme has been held on 30 July 2024 in Montijo (Badajoz).

The participants in the programme and the health care professionals attended a session to supervise the challenges and the achievements since the pilot started.

After 3 months of joint effort, we continue reinforcing the concepts of the programme and sharing experiences and daily challenges to maintain healthy habits. During this session the relaxation pillar was covered in depth.
