Synergies with other actions at EU level on integrated care to prevent and address NCDs (i.e., cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and obesity) were identified and discussed. The characteristics of the projects identified, the inclusion of the integrated care approach, equity lens, and the policy and intervention oriented were discussed. 

On 28 October, the coordinator of CARE4DIABETES attended the event on “Synergies for integrated care”co- organised by The European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) in collaboration with the Joint Action NFP4Health, the Horizon Europe THCS, the Joint Action JACARDI and the Horizon Europe HNN3.0. More than 100 people attended the event. 

The second session of the event was a panel discussion on integrated care to prevent and address NCDs (i.e., cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and obesity), moderated by Graziano Onder, Scientific Coordinator JACARDI, Full Professor at the Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli IRCCS. A number of initiatives were featured, including:
