Last session of the intensive phase succesfully finished in Pisa, Italy!

On the 13th of July 2024, the final event of the Round A of the Italian Care4Diabetes program (C4D-Italia) took place in Pisa (Italy). The meeting marked the end of the six months of the Round A Intensive Phase, started on the 13^th of January, and the beginning of the Follow-up Phase.

During the day, the principles of the C4D program were briefly summarized, and the participants had the opportunity to share their experiences, to practice some physical exercises, and to taste some of the recipes available on the C4D-Italia digital platform.

Before leaving, the participants received information and instructions for the next six months (Follow-up Phase). The meeting ended with a last photo together (in figure) and the final greetings.
