The Scientific Team of the co-financed Joint Action (JA) Care for Diabetes (C4D) «Reducing the burden of non – communicable diseases by providing a multidisciplinary lifestyle treatment intervention for 2 diabetes», (EU4HEALTH Program (2021-2027) which is coordinated by 1st Health Region of Attica (Competent Authority), invited 9 Diabetes Clinics to help promote the message of World Diabetes Day.
1st Health Region of Attica organized actions at 9 Diabetes Clinics, which are located at 9 big Hospitals, such us:

- Evaggelismos Hospital
- G. Gennimatas Hospital
- Hippocratio Hopsital
- Korgialenio-Mpenakio Hospital
- Laiko Hospital
- Elpis Hospital
- Paidon Agia Sofia Hospital
- Aglaia Kyriakou Hospital
Diabetologists and Nutritionists, promoted this year’s message “Let’s talk about well-being for a better diabetes life” of World Diabetes Day and they informed the public about Joint Action C4D program. A Leaflet and a poster were created, by 1st Health Region of Attica, to highlight the importance of World Diabetes Day 2024.
