On November 19, the Greek team launched the first session of Round B participants ahead of schedule, prompted by the earlier-than-expected completion of recruitment and the strong enthusiasm expressed by patients eager to begin the program. Many participants, inspired by interactions with individuals from the previous round, expressed their eagerness to join the program. To accommodate schedules and the upcoming holiday season, the first session was held earlier than initially planned. The meeting was highly successful, with participants displaying great enthusiasm to engage with the multidisciplinary team of C4D. During this interactive session, participants had the opportunity to gain deeper insights into the program, clarify their goals, and align these with the guidance provided by the team.

The session was led by Prof. Theodora Psaltopoulou (Internist and Professor of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine) at NKUA, who oversees the Alexandra team, alongside Prof. Stavroula (Lina) Pashou, Assistant Professor of Endocrinology at NKUA, who introduced and presented the topics of the first session. Joining them was Ms. Fotini Tolika from the 1ST YPE team, as well as a team of healthcare professionals from ALEXANDRA Hospital, including Ms. Aikaterini Stefanaki (Endocrinologist), Ms. Vasiliki Markasioti (Dietitian), Ms. Paraskevi Kazakou (Endocrinologist), Ms. Panagiota Zacharaki (Biologist), and Ms. Eleni Paraschou (Internal Medicine Resident).
