As part of the CARE4DIABETES project, healthcare professionals and participants in Asturias are working together to improve the management of type 2 diabetes through a multidisciplinary lifestyle approach.

This initiative highlights how communication for development (C4D) can go beyond clinical settings empowering patients, promoting autonomy, and building a stronger connection between professionals and the people they support.
