Marta Pisano, coordinator of the Joint Action CARE4DIABETES, participated during the Pre-conference “Best practices in EU-wide projects contributing to achieving the objectives of EU Health policies” of the European Public Health (EPH) Conference 2024. This event was organized by European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) and Joint Action on increasing the capacity of National Focal Points (NFPs) – NFP4Health.
The session explored the obstacles and enabling factors that determine the impact and success of knowledge transfer, and how this can be supported by actions undertaken at a cross-country and national level. A wide range of actions funded under the EU4Health programme in the areas of vaccination and non-communicable disease prevention including cancer discussed their learnings.
