Yesterday, May 28th, Zaragoza hosted the roundtable “C4D: Other ways of managing diabetes are possible”, held within the framework of the 24th National Congress of Hospitals and Healthcare Management.
This session brought together representatives from the six autonomous communities currently piloting the innovative diabetes management model of C4D in Spain: Galicia, Aragón, Cantabria, Extremadura, Andalucía, and Asturias.
It was an enriching day of shared experiences, progress, and a strong collective commitment to transforming care for people living with diabetes.
Together, we are building a more person-centered, efficient, and innovative healthcare system.
